1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Email us at support@shoprimo.com immediately.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
